SUMMARY ANNUAL REPORT

PACIFIC MARITIME ASSOCIATION LONGSHORE AND CLERKS PAY GUARANTEE PLAN

This is a summary of the annual report of the Pacific Maritime Association Longshore and Clerks Pay Guarantee, EIN 94-2914940, plan 503, for the plan year July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2012. The annual report has been filed with the Employee Benefits Security Administration, as required under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

Basic Financial Statement

The value of plan assets, after subtracting liabilities of the plan, was $0 as of the end of plan year, compared  to  $0  as  of  the  beginning  of  the  plan  year.  During  the  plan  year,  the  plan  had  total income  of  $3,165,046  from  employer  contributions.  Plan  expenses  were  $3,165,046.  These expenses  included  $31,254  in  administrative  expenses  and  $3,133,792  in  benefits  paid  to participants and beneficiaries.
