SUMMARY ANNUAL REPORT
PACIFIC MARITIME ASSOCIATION WALKING BOSSES & FOREMEN'S PAY GUARANTEE PLAN
This is a summary of the annual report of the Pacific Maritime Association Walking Bosses & Foremen's Pay Guarantee Plan, EIN 94-2914940, plan 504, for the plan year July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.
