Web Systems Availability and Support Policy

We strive to provide the highest level of systems availability. The IS Department provides systems and network support during normal business hours (7:45 am to 6:00 pm PDT) and on weekends by request. All PMA systems are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for the time needed to perform routine maintenance.

The following is the scheduled maintenance for our Internet Services; these are the services that support the PMA Web Site, including the Members’ Net.
